Return and Exchange Policy

The following categories are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges: 

wallpaper, fabric, art, vintage items, custom orders, sale items, and marble products. 
The following categories are eligible for refund:

lighting and furniture.

The following categories are eligible for exchange:

bedding (unopened and in original packaging), throw blankets, pillows, and home decor.

Return packages must be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx; those shipping costs are non-refundable. 
All returns and exchanges must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped otherwise returns will not be accepted.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all applicable returns and exchanges.
